You may read the guide and use its comparisons for general information. Check the exact model, current merchant terms, availability and regional support before making a purchase. Prices and currency equivalents are observations, not an offer by SmartWearGuide. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment advice or a guarantee of fitness for a medical purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Your contributions

Submit content you have the right to share. By posting, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and technically format that contribution as part of this discussion while it remains published. You retain your rights. You consent to public display of your chosen name and contribution; you can withdraw that consent and request removal.

Product ownership, testing experience and ratings are self-reported. We do not verify purchases. Disclose any material brand relationship when discussing a product, including employment, compensation, gifts or affiliate interests. Do not impersonate another person or invent product experience.

Community rules

Do not post threats, harassment, unlawful discriminatory content, defamatory false allegations, private personal information, copied material you lack rights to use, undisclosed advertising, spam or unlawful instructions. Criticism and negative experiences are welcome when expressed lawfully and honestly. We do not remove a contribution merely because it is negative.

Moderation

We may hide content temporarily for review, remove unlawful or rule-breaking content, or restore content after review. A report is an allegation, not proof. Automated rate limits and spam controls help protect the service; substantive decisions are made by the operator. We provide reasons through the private removal token status or your notice contact. Use the notice form or straizys@gmail.com to challenge a decision.

Corrections and rights concerns

Include the exact URL and explanation in a notice. A single adequately supported notice can be enough to require action. No minimum number of reports is required. We review each notice and do not promise that reporting automatically causes deletion.

Intellectual property

Third-party product names and materials remain subject to their holders’ rights. Do not reproduce this site’s protected original writing, artwork or arrangement beyond what a licence or applicable exception permits. Facts, ideas and lawful quotation are treated according to applicable law.

Applicable law

The operator is established in Lithuania. Applicable EU and Lithuanian law governs the service without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them.
